Notice to Members of change of Auditor

The Board of Sureplan Friendly Society Ltd (Sureplan) would like to notify members that Sureplan has received approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to change its auditor.

As a result, Sureplan has now accepted the resignation of BDO Audit Pty Ltd and the consent of Nexia Brisbane Audit Pty Ltd to its appointment as the new company auditor.

In accordance with Section 327c of the Corporations Act 2001, a resolution will be placed at the November 2021 Annual General meeting to ratify the appointment of Nexia Brisbane Audit Pty Ltd as Sureplan’s auditor.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank BDO Audit Pty Ltd for their assistance and professional service to Sureplan over the past 15 years.
