What is involved when making a claim for Sureplan Gold?

When a loved one dies it can be very difficult for those who have the responsibility of making their funeral arrangements. One task could be to contact Sureplan to arrange for a Sureplan Gold policy to be paid.  Sureplan appreciates that, at this time, people are often affected by grief and anxiety and will have difficulty in dealing with complex processes. Therefore, we have designed a simple and easy claims process with no claim form, or any written documentation required from the family –  all we need is a phone call. The details of the funeral director being used will be obtained and we will contact them to email some verifying documentation (normally a Medical Cause of death Certificate).
